This plan is given in writing to their patients once they have determined that they are satisfied with their hearing aids. The five year service plan includes regular hearing aid cleanings every three months.
Every year your hearing will be reassessed to ensure your hearing is remaining stable. Hearing aids will also be checked before they come off of warranty to ensure they are meeting their technical specifications. This continuous care ensures our patients get the maximum benefit from their hearing aids. This is a standard service that is provided by APEX Hearing Systems Ltd. to our patients as the use of hearing aids is an ongoing process which requires a commitment from both the patient and APEX Hearing Systems Ltd.
